I structure engagements as either project-based (fixed scope and fee) or monthly retainers (ongoing advisory).


Project-based work typically ranges from $15K-$30K depending on scope and timeline. For enterprise-scale engagements, custom pricing is available.


Monthly retainers typically range from $3K-$5K/month depending on level of support.
